Status Lifecycle

Every SPECLAN entity follows a defined status progression:

draft → review → approved → in-development → under-test → released → deprecated

Status Rules

• draft: Initial state. Freely editable.
• review: Submitted for review. Editable with caution.
• approved: Locked. Implementation can begin. Changes require a Change Request.
• in-development: Active implementation.
• under-test: Implementation complete, testing in progress.
• released: Verified and shipped.
• deprecated: No longer active.
